Hi, I am Michael

After almost two decades of working as a chef, I made my first knife in 2018 and soon making kitchen knives became an obsession. Since then, I have been producing knives and perfecting my craft in my workshop based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Nothing I make is mass produced. Every knife is individually designed and handmade by me in my workshop.
